How do I contact you?

How do I create an account?

Just go to the Raising Robots home page and click on Login/Register in the top right hand corner and then enter your details. Boom!

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Bank Transfer – we’ll give you our bank details once the order process has been completed

Credit/Debit card – processed through a secure online gateway (Stripe)

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All completed orders will receive an e-mail to your provided email address, with an invoice attached.

What exactly happens after ordering?

All submitted orders are reviewed in the ‘processing’ stage. We will send regular emails to keep you up-to-date as to the progress of your order. The status of your order can be also be seen at My Account – Orders.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Credit/Debit Card transactions through Stripe.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, Raising Robots won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Free delivery for orders equal to or over £50 (inc VAT).

£6 (inc VAT) delivery charge for orders under £50 (incl VAT).

How long will delivery take?

Most items are held in stock, so they will be dispatched within a couple of days.

Where longer delivery times are expected, we will contact you directly via email and make sure that you receive your products as quickly as possible.

What delivery service do you use?

We use professional courier services offering safe, secure and trackable delivery of your items. Occasionally, a member of the Raising Robots team might hand-deliver your goods.

How do you support me after my delivery has arrived?

You can get in touch with us at any time. However, customers who have spent £500 excluding VAT (£600 including VAT) with Raising Robots, have 12 months of online support from us and can use the resources on our resources page or submit a support request. We are really keen to make sure that you get up and running with your robotics as soon as you can.

Can I return items?

Items can only be returned in accordance with our delivery and returns policy.
